Rob Kingdom DC

A local Cardiff man, and clinic director Rob, graduated from the University of South Wales with a Masters degree in Chiropractic, achieving a distinction. Rob's interest in the subject began after suffering a neck injury playing rugby, where for almost two years he found nothing was able to help. He was then recommended to go and see a chiropractor who provided natural short term and long term pain relief. It was this that influenced Rob's decision to take the jump into a new career path, even with a baby on the way.

Rob has always enjoyed learning about the biomechanics of the body, completing 10 years as a qualified personal trainer.

Since practicing, Rob has a keen interest in the treatment of sports injuries and rehabilitation.

His treatment style includes soft tissue massage, joint manipulation, stretching and dry needling. He provides advice and guidance to his patients, helping to provide the best results he possibly can.

Growing up in Cardiff and having roots here, he was very keen to stay local and set up his clinic to continue to help family and friends.

George graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic (WIOC) in 2017 and has since been working at a top Sports Injury Clinic in Liverpool, where he has worked with a wide range of patients. He has also undertaken a  Strength and Conditioning course as well as a variety of movement and muscles testing courses which he uses everyday with patients.

Having had a variety of injuries himself, from both rugby and training, he has first hand experienced the recovery processes and uses this along with his knowledge and clinical skills to get his patients back to functioning well as soon as possible. His passion for functional movement and rehab plays a big role in his management of patients and unlocking their full potential.

As rugby has now taken a back seat, George has found an enthusiasm for CrossFit as well as spending as much time with his partner and cocker spaniel Oli. With all his training he regularly receives Chiropractic treatment and has done since the age of 15 after a lower back injury playing rugby.

George likes to take a holistic approach to treatment, looking at all aspects of his patients daily routine to make sure they are getting the most out of their treatment. He enjoys treating patients from all walks of life and gets satisfaction from seeing them progress through there treatment protocols.
