ADT Chiropractic is an independent chiropractic clinic in Cardiff, based at the Maindy Centre just off North Road. Since opening in 2018, we’ve helped 1,000’s of people with back pain, neck pain, headaches, sports injuries and more.
Rather than just easing the pain, we find out what’s causing it, then build a clear, hands-on plan to get you moving well again and help stop it coming back.

- Meet your Cardiff chiropractors -
Rob Kingdom DC – Clinic Director. Rob founded ADT Chiropractic in 2018 after completing a five-year Master’s in Chiropractic, with distinction, at the University of South Wales. Before that he spent 10 years as a personal trainer. A rugby neck injury first brought him to chiropractic, so he knows first-hand how frustrating long-term pain can be.
Lee Hunkin DC – Chiropractor. Lee graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2013 and has over 10 years’ experience combining chiropractic, soft tissue work and rehab. A keen runner, cyclist and gym-goer, he especially enjoys helping active people get back to their sport.
Both are registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and members of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA).

We’re at the Maindy Centre, Crown Way, Cardiff CF14 3AJ, with free parking on site. We’re a few minutes from Cathays, Gabalfa, Heath and the city centre.
We’re open from 07:30 Monday to Friday and until 20:30 Monday to Thursday, so it’s easy to fit an appointment in before or after work.

Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly with us. We’ll let you know if we think you need to see your GP as well.
What happens at my first appointment?
We’ll take a full history, examine you, explain what we’ve found and start treatment where appropriate.
How much does it cost?
A new patient consultation is £60 and follow-ups are £42.
Where are you based?
At the Maindy Centre, Crown Way, Cardiff CF14 3AJ, with free parking.
Can I use private health insurance?
Yes. You pay us on the day and we’ll send you an invoice to claim the cost back from your insurer. Most insurers accept this, but please check your policy first.
